As Phinest Business Analyst, you will have to:

• Prepare, plan, estimate and organise the analysis activities and report on their progress
• Collect, challenge and document Business requirements
• Document and perform gap analysis for AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Perform impact assessments on people, information and systems
• Perform a market analysis
• Make recommendations for solutions implementation and plan the implementation phase
• Assess the efficacy and feasibility of the implemented solution
• Build bridges between different stakeholders, teams and departments

• Master’s degree in Management, Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Business Analysis
• Great problem solving skills, supported by analytical and critical thinking
• Knowledge or interest for Agile, PMI, BPMN, UML, IREB, Lean-6Sigma etc
• Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audience
• Fast paced, changing environment doesn’t scare you. On the contrary, you work well with ambiguity, challenge conventional wisdom; and can effectively evaluate ideas and make sound architectural recommendations thanks to your can-do attitude.
• Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment
• Languages:
  • Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,
  • Dutch is an asset
