Empowering follow-up

Our Talent Management Services are set up to achieve the biggest challenge of consulting organisations. This means enabling people to grow and have a thought through career evolution.

To do so, we have separated the business management/project follow-up from the talent management. Our people have dedicated formal bi-annual talent management meetings. It offers them the possibility to discuss their career objectives and enable their development.

Aside from this, they benefit from several business/project follow-up meetings each year with their business managers. The annual review includes the participation of the consultant, their business manager, and their talent manager. This enables:

  • the review of their projects throughout the past year,
  • the review of their overall career objectives,
  • and the definition of their next career goals and the path to achieve them.

We also want people to be the owner of their career development. To do so, we have developed tools to enable them to think and manage their career the way they find it best.
