As a Business Manager, you are a key actor in representing Phinest’s expertise.

Business Development 

• Defining your commercial strategy in line with Phinest’s vision
• Taking over the major accounts and establishing long-term partnerships with our clients
• Creating business opportunities by meeting with key decision makers
• Understanding the context and the pain points of your prospects
• Advising on solutions, negotiating and closing contracts

Human Resources 

• Participating in the recruitment strategy
• Selecting & recruiting Phinest new talents
• Being in charge of their career follow-up and evolutions (annual review, …)

Management 

• Managing your own team of talented consultants
• Further developing their skills according to their ambitions and the market’s trends
• Being responsible for the P&L of your business unit
• Building strong partnerships with the various international entities of the D2X Group

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business
• 4 to 6 years of a proven experience as a Business Manager
• Ability to confidently interact with CxO level, purchasers, managers, decision makers
• Strong intra/entrepreneurial spirit, pro-active and goal oriented
• Ability to identify talents and to work autonomously
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Languages:
  • Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,
  • Dutch is an asset
